Deer Cube Steak with Tomatoes

I am really not sure how to title this recipe.....

Easy to make, yummy yo eat!!!

Ingredients:
2 pounds cube steak (we use deer)
1/2 cup all purpose flour or bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp pepper
3 tbsp olive oil
2- 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
1/2 jar spaghetti sauce (we used Prego's veggie sauce)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp parmesan cheese

-Combine flour (or bread crumbs), 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper and parmesan cheese into a plastic bag. Drop cube steak in (one at a time) and shake to coat.
-Brown cube steak on medium heat in sauce pan in olive oil.
-Reduce heat to low, add canned tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, minced garlic and remaining spices.
-Cover and let cook for 1 hour. Stir once.

That's it!!! By the way, this dish is GREAT with mashed potatoes..... it was a huge hit in my home (even with the youngest who can be a picky eater!)!!!
